About Us

Northwoods Christian Camp was originally built in 1960 by a team of young men, led by Stan Watkins. He was contacted by the Christian Service Brigade to oversee the building of the facility. It's original purpose was to provide a place for young men to come and learn life skills and grow in relationship with Christ. In keeping with the principles of the founders, Northwoods is a traditional Christian camp. We are Christ centered and Bible focused. Northwoods has grown into a facility that offers camps to boys and girls of all ages. We also rent the facility for churches to host their own events, camps, and training seminars. Our camp is 352 acres with a beautiful 10 acre lake. Contact us today to make reservations.
